How will I receive my digital download (e-book or poster)?
Once your payment is processed, your digital product will be available for immediate download via a link sent to your email. Please check your spam or promotions folder if you don’t see it within a few minutes.
I didn’t receive my digital file. What should I do?
Don’t worry, just reach out to us at salam@maktoubstudio.com and include your order number. We'll resend your download link.
Can I get a refund on a digital product?
Refunds for e-books are available within 7 days for accidental purchases only, provided the book hasn’t been read or downloaded extensively. Digital downloads like posters are non-refundable.
When will my physical order ship?
Please allow 3–7 business days for order processing and production. Once your item is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link by email.
How long does shipping take?
US Orders: 5–15 business days
International Orders: 17–30 business days
Shipping times vary depending on your location and the fulfillment center.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes! As soon as your item ships, we’ll send you a tracking link to follow your order.
Can I return or exchange a book or poster?
Since our physical products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
My order arrived damaged. What should I do?
Please email us at salam@maktoubstudio.com within 14 days of receiving your item, and include clear photos of the damage and your order number. We’ll work with our fulfillment partners to send a replacement if approved.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment options available at checkout.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Because we work with print-on-demand partners, orders begin processing shortly after they’re placed. Please contact us immediately at salam@maktoubstudio.com if you need to make a change — we’ll do our best to help!
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide through our partners. Please note that international orders may take longer and be subject to customs duties or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
I live in the EU, do I have a right to cancel my order?
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification, as long as the item is eligible.
Eligibility:
Downloads and e-books are non-refundable once downloaded, as they fall under exceptions to the EU cooling-off rules.
Books and posters purchased through On-demand printing, are typically considered custom-made, and may also be exempt from this rule. That said, we handle requests on a case-by-case basis and always strive to be fair.
